This policy explains how Dillinger Publishing handles order processing, shipping, delivery issues, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website.
Shipping & Returns Policy
We currently ship physical books, merchandise, and other eligible products to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, and whether the item is fulfilled directly or through a print-on-demand or third-party service.
Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information by email, when available. Please allow additional time for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.
Print-on-Demand and Third-Party Fulfillment
Some products may be printed, packaged, or shipped through third-party fulfillment partners. Because these items are produced specifically for each order, shipping times may vary and may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, carriers, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Digital Products
Digital products, including eBooks, downloadable files, PDFs, guides, or other electronic materials, are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it is generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a technical issue that prevents access and we are unable to resolve it.
Returns and Refunds
Because many of our products are printed or fulfilled on demand, all sales are generally final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
We accept return or replacement requests only for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received
Printing or production errors
To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Digital downloads after delivery or access
Signed or personalized items
Limited edition items, unless damaged or defective
Print-on-demand items, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
Gift cards or promotional items
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, handling, or normal wear
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please first check the tracking information and contact the carrier for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will review the order.
We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned, lost, or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing, printing, or fulfillment. Once an item has gone into production or has shipped, the order cannot usually be cancelled.
